Sold close to $30,000.00 in PA Merchandise – Implemented Blue Card Sales for merchandise; held Merchandise Sales at Orientation, Parent’s Weekend, Andover/Exeter Games, Holiday Sale, Summer Opportunities Fair, Graduation and Alumni Weekend.
Hosted the 20th annual Summer Opportunities Fair with approximately 90 Vendors earning approximately $18,000.00. For the first time, offered exhibitors the opportunity to appear in a promotional video of the event that was broadcast on local access cable TV and our website.
Sponsored, sold and distributed over 150 Senior DVD’s with complete video coverage of Graduation and Senior Events. New videographer provided improved quality and expanded coverage of events from throughout the year.
PSPA Contribution highlights:
Provided the Academy with a check for $5000.00 in support of the endowment.
Reached out to every parent, regardless of distance, via live stream and posting PSPA monthly meetings on PA Net.
Provided students with a check for $7755.00 towards funding grants for student clubs.
Held five informational parent meetings including: the Fall reception with Barbara Landis Chase; an introduction to the new Dean of Students, Paul Murphy; a Q&A panel with International students; and two meetings in conjunction with the College Counseling Office.
Sponsored and supplied refreshments for the Senior Pre-Prom Party and Post Prom Munch
Sponsored several class events to promote social gatherings, including a pizza and ice cream social for Seniors, and a finals week Dorm munch for Juniors
Donated $1200.00 toward Spring Carnival
Provided $500 for a Senior Class Gift
